1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our platform at surgaplay.vu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and SurgaPlay ("Platform", "We").

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use SurgaPlay services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Not residing in any country or region where access to online betting platforms is prohibited by local law.
• Register under your own name with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
• Only have one active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Not previously suspended or banned from the SurgaPlay platform.

Surgaplay reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm the information you have provided. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or proof of current address. Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC process is fully completed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Surgaplay supports a wide range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, FPX, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account within seconds once payment is successfully confirmed.
• Surgaplay does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, fees may be imposed by the payment provider on their end.
• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources and in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes upon approval.
• The bank account or digital wallet registered for withdrawal must be in your own name — the same name as on your SurgaPlay account.
• Surgaplay reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• If the bonus rollover requirements have not been met, withdrawals will not be permitted until those requirements are fulfilled.

4 Bonus & Promotions

Surgaplay offers a variety of bonuses including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and special sports promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the Promotions us.

General bonus terms applicable to all offer types:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Terms rollover (turnover) must be fully met before any withdrawal of bonus funds and winnings derived from them is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or directly exchanged for cash.
• Surgaplay reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or attempts to manipulate the system.

• Bonuses will expire automatically after the set validity period if rollover requirements are not met within that time.

5 Game Rules & Wagering

All games offered at surgaplay use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness in every round. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical failure has occurred.

• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during an active game, SurgaPlay reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the member's account.
• Bets placed after the outcome is known — whether through insider information, system errors, or any other means — are void and will be cancelled.
• Surgaplay reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close the account of any member suspected of using automation software, bots, manipulation tools, or strategies that go against the spirit of fair play.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game's interface.

6 Account Security & Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. SurgaPlay will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your profile settings for extra protection.
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
• Surgaplay will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or Telegram.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Surgaplay reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. This action may be taken without prior notice in serious cases such as:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• Creating multiple accounts or misusing another person's identity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Use of bots, cheating tools, or other manipulation methods.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in your account (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to you once the review process is complete.

8 Responsible Gaming
